These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 3digits ("3digits", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 3digits online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://3digits.bet and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

To access the full range of services on the 3digits platform, you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is strictly limited to one (1) registered account on 3digits. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, 3digits will suspend all accounts linked to the same player and review any associated transaction history for irregularities. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3digits account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you. 3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. 3digits may require re-verification if account information is found to be inconsistent with KYC documentation. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your 3digits account at any time by contacting our support team. All financial transactions on 3digits are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 3digits does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are your responsibility.

4.1 Deposits

3digits accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, USDT, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and Maya reflect in your 3digits account balance immediately upon successful processing. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard interbank processing windows.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to players who have completed full KYC verification. The withdrawal payment method must match the payment method used for deposits where technically possible, in accordance with AML requirements. For GCash and Maya withdrawals, the registered mobile number on your 3digits account must match your GCash or Maya account number.

• GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts: processed within five (5) minutes during standard operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): subject to standard interbank processing timelines, typically one (1) to three (3) banking days.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱100.
• Maximum single withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification tier and the payment method used.

4.3 Transaction Monitoring

3digits monitors all deposit and withdrawal transactions for compliance with AML obligations under Philippine law. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger additional verification requests. 3digits reserves the right to delay processing of any transaction pending satisfactory completion of such verification, without liability for any resulting delay.

3digits offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotional page or communicated at the time the bonus is issued.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are issued as non-withdrawable bonus credits unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus credits that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
• 3digits reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what contribution rate. Live casino games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a lower rate than slots.
• Players may not hold more than one active bonus at a time unless expressly stated in the promotion terms.

5.2 Abuse and Exploitation

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, collusion between players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 3digits reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from abusive bonus use, and suspend or close accounts engaged in such conduct.

5.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

3digits reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where it deems this necessary for operational, legal, or compliance reasons. Bonuses already credited and partially wagered at the time of any such change will be handled on a case-by-case basis at 3digits' reasonable discretion.

All games offered on the 3digits platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

6.1 Game Integrity

All slot and table game titles available on 3digits are sourced from providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently certified by recognized testing laboratories. Live casino games are operated by certified live dealer studios. 3digits does not modify, interfere with, or in any way manipulate the outcome of any game offered on the platform.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3digits platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering or operating more than one player account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

• Attempting to access the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology designed to circumvent geographic restrictions.

3digits is required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law — including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended by Republic Acts 9194, 10167, 10365, and 10927 — to conduct customer due diligence and report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

8.1 KYC Requirements

All player accounts must complete KYC verification before withdrawals are enabled. KYC verification requires submission of at least one valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification document. 8.3 Suspicious Transaction Reporting

Filing of such reports is confidential and does not require notification to the account holder. 3digits staff are prohibited by law from tipping off any person who is or may be the subject of an STR.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

Where 3digits is found liable to you under applicable law, its total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time the relevant claim arises, or PHP 10,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 3digits' liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

14.3 Jurisdiction

For any dispute that is not resolved through informal resolution or PAGCOR mediation, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
